Power Leak bug?
My guild used to run an Ele with Glyph of Concentration in gvg (basically to make sure Rodgorts got off without interuption). Whenever you were casting and the opposing mesmer cast Power Leak, it didn't interupt the spell, but the energy was still lost by the ele as if the spell was interupted. Is this a bug?

Well the skill description does state that the skill will be interrupted AND the target will lose x Energy. It doesn't specifically state that the target will lose energy only if the spell is interrupted.
Seems like the skill is working as advertised, but I am not sure if this is how we really want it to work.

This is a well known mechanic of most interrupts: The secondary effect will always go off, even if the spell it hits is immune to the interrupt effect. Power Drain, Leak, Spike, Leech Signet etc... I believe it is an entirely intended mechanic.
